The kitchen, dining table and a generous living area share one big open-plan room that opens straight onto a large covered terrace — and the bedroom is a separate room of its own.
The bedroom sleeps three — a queen bed (200 × 160) and a single bed (200 × 90) — and the sofa in the living room pulls out for a fourth guest. Outside, a leafy garden with fruit trees and free parking in front of the house. The Lungomare and its coves are a ten-minute walk away; the Roman Arena and Pula's old town are a short drive.

It's about a ten-minute walk down to Valsaline beach and the Lungomare coastal path, with several more coves strung along the shore. Drive ten minutes the other way for the Arena, the Forum and the markets of Pula's old town. Konoba Sansona, for dinner, is 150 m from the door.
